Clients must pay prior to their appointment. Payments can only be made using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA), Cash, and most insurances.

If we do not accept your insurance, we will provide you with receipts to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please review your coverage carefully and consult with your insurance provider.
